The Lilliput PC7145 is a 7″ PC terminal system with the Android 5.1.1 operating pre-installed. It has a lightweight, portable, compact design, connectivity by either Wifi, 3G, or 4G. It can also be mounted either in a stationary site for data processing, or in vehicle for fleet tracking and operation.
Description
The PC7145 is available in two different versions – a Wifi / Bluetooth version, and a 4G / Wifi / Bluetooth version. The Wifi / Bluetooth version is suited for use in a fixed environment such as in a building collecting customer data, whilst the 4G / Wifi / Bluetooth version is suited to deployment in the field – such as for installation in a fleet truck or any vehicle that needs high speed data connectivity.
The PC7145 is installed with Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) as standard. This allows for access (with suitable account details) to the Google Play store, and opens the system up to a plethora of apps and systems. The PC7145 can be tailored to suit your own requirements, and you can also code your own solutions and install the .apk files onto the system accordingly.
The PC7145 has an optional GPS function, which means that you can install a tracker system. Ideal for any large fleet option or remote deployment situation, it comes supplied as an external “pod” which connects to the system and will allow for interface with a wide range of tracking apps – or inded the internal location functions of the Android operating system.
The PC7145 can also decode video at resolutions up to 1080p@30fps (with the appropriate player software), and encode video (with the correct app / software) to a 720p @ 30fps. This makes it a versatile system for video communications, as well as for the playback of incoming video streams – a useful feature for when the PC is deployed into a remote location and the operator needs to take specific instruction.
The PC7145 has a wide variety of connectivity options – Micro SD slot, SIM Card slot (can be configured to 3G or 4G), USB OTG connector – allowing USB connectivity for a range of peripherals, 2x RS232 ports for legacy data, and an earphone jack – useful if sound outputs are needed in a noisy environment.
