1.1. Cinneu.com is an online shop operated in the Netherlands, selling goods and services within Europe. 1.2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 1.3. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between Cinneu.com and the customer, including purchases, returns, and warranties.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1. All prices are listed in EUR/GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 2.2. We accept payments through PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. 2.3. Orders are processed upon successful payment. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed. 2.4. Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer either a full refund or an alternative product of equal value. 2.5. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded. 2.6. A confirmation email will be sent after an order is successfully placed. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1. We ship across Europe with estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control. 3.2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping location and method selected. 3.3. Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to the customer. 3.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. 3.5. If a package is lost in transit, the customer must notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for lost packages unless shipping insurance was purchased. 3.6. If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, they will be responsible for any additional costs incurred to redirect or reship the order.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1. Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving their order, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws. 4.2. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via email or phone and provide order details, the reason for return, and any required proof (e.g., photos of defects). 4.3. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return. Opened, damaged, or used items may not be eligible for a full refund. 4.4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. 4.5. A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing costs. 4.6. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and issued via the original payment method. 4.7. Non-refundable and non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Digital downloads and software.
- Gift cards and promotional items. 4.8. If a return is due to an incorrect item being sent, Cinneu.com will cover the return shipping cost and send the correct item.
5. Warranty & Defective Products
5.1. All products come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee under EU law for defects. 5.2. If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, the customer must notify us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos) to arrange a free replacement or repair. 5.3. If the defect occurs after use, the warranty terms will determine the resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund. 5.4. Customers must follow all manufacturer guidelines for product care. Warranty claims due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications will not be honored.

Customer information is used solely for processing orders, improving services, and complying with legal obligations. 6.3. 7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions. 7.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product/service in question. 7.3.
